雙眼皮手術是台灣最常見的整形美容手術。

雙眼皮手術可分成幾大類：

1.      縫合式雙眼皮手術

(日式釘書機縫合法、八字縫合法、三點縫合法...等)

2.      小切口割雙眼皮手術(韓式割雙眼皮手術)

3.      割雙眼皮手術

4.      開眼頭手術

5.      開眼尾手術

6.      提眉手術

7.      內視鏡前額提眉手術

Mini-invasive upper blepharoplasty

Upper blepharoplasty is the most commonly performed cosmetic and surgical procedures in Taiwan. Despite the frequency with which it is performed , it remains a complex and challenging operation that is technically demanding. Minimizing complications and maximizing postoperative results depends on careful preoperative planning and intraoperative technique. In addition to evaluation of the eyelids, careful assessment of the periorbital anatomy including the eyebrow and midface is required.

Upper blepharoplasty in Taiwan is almost synonymous with the double eyelid operation. The surgical methods of upper blepharoplasty could be divided into incision technique and suture technique. The operative procedures are designed to recreate the anatomical features that produce the double eyelid fold. Although the incision technique may give a more distinctive and longer lasting crease, more surgeons are willing to follow the trend to satisfy their patients with a simple and effective but somewhat compromised procedures.

The popularity of scarless surgery increase the demand for the mini-invasive procedures. Today I would like to present the mini-invasive upper blepharoplasty that includes the suture upper blepharoplasty and mini-incision upper belpharoplasty . Thanks !

眼睛的重要

眼睛對臉部的美觀有極重要的影響。除了具有重要的視覺功能外，也是傳情達意的重要「櫥窗」。眼睛的樣式、大小、形狀等，常會讓人有不同的感受：明亮圓淨的眼睛給人精神爽朗的感覺；眼皮厚重給人無精打采的感覺；眼睛狹小則容易給人心胸狹窄的不良印象。

眼睛的構造

「東方眼型」指的是台灣、日本、韓國跟中國等屬於蒙古系人種的共同眼部特徵：眼部平坦、眼皮浮腫、雙眼皮不明顯、雙眼皮狹窄或是內雙、眼裂細小、眼型略為往外上方傾斜、內眼角常被內眥覆蓋、內眼角不明顯，整體看起來較缺乏立體感。粗略估計大約一半以上的東方人都是單眼皮。

「西方眼型」的特徵即：眉骨較高、眼部立體、眼皮較薄、眼頭較開內眼角明顯，整體看起來眼睛立體而深邃，而90%以上的西方人都有雙眼皮。

雙眼皮手術

在台灣，雙眼皮手術可說是接受度最高的整形手術，手術方式通常分為「縫」與「割」兩大類，縫雙眼皮手術比較適合年輕、眼皮薄或脂肪不多的人，而割雙眼皮的方式則較適合上眼皮脂肪多，或是上眼皮下垂鬆弛的患者。
